30-Day Happiness Guarantee
At BubblePaws we want you and your pet to love every adventure. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, clean, free of pet hair and odors, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number and proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use cannot be accepted, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
- Email us at shurouqreach@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 24-48 hours with your return instructions and return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Ship the item back with a tracked shipping method and send us the tracking number.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund - you do not need to pay for return shipping.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Want a different color? Contact us and we will help you exchange it.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before it is processed for shipping.
EU and UK customers
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy includes and extends this right.
